This policy explains the cookies, local storage and similar technologies Fazeelity uses at app.fazeelity.com, why we use them, and how you can control them.
2. Categories we use
Essential
Required for the platform to work. These keep your sign-in session active, remember which business or venue you are working in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and support the installable app (PWA) behaviour. These cannot be switched off without breaking the service.
Analytics
Help us understand which pages and features are used, and where errors occur, so we can improve reliability. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools. Usage and error information is collected from our own server logs and kept for 12 months; no analytics cookie is placed on your device.
Preference
Remember non-essential choices such as theme, table filters, selected facility, and dismissed prompts. These improve convenience but are not strictly required.
Marketing
We do not set marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not share data with advertising networks. If we introduce them, we will request your consent first.

4. How to manage or refuse cookies
- We use no non-essential tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to manage. Preference cookies are cleared when you sign out or clear site data.
- Browser settings let you block or delete cookies — see the privacy or security section of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge settings.
- You can clear site data for app.fazeelity.com at any time; this will sign you out and reset your preferences.
- Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and most of the platform from functioning.
5. Updates to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies or providers we use change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
